Project Overview
A comprehensive agricultural processing facility with large clear spans for equipment operation, natural ventilation systems, and durable construction designed to withstand rural environmental conditions.
The Challenge
The agricultural processing center needed to handle grain drying, sorting, and storage operations under one roof. The facility required excellent natural ventilation for grain drying while protecting against monsoon rains and pest infiltration.
Our Solution
We designed a wide-span structure with ventilated ridge systems and adjustable louver walls. The building features a raised floor system for grain storage with underfloor aeration. Mesh screens were integrated into all openings for pest control while maintaining airflow.
