A massive e-commerce fulfillment center with high-bay racking compatibility, multiple loading docks, and automated sorting system integration. Designed for 24/7 high-volume operations.
The Challenge
The client needed a 120,000 sqm distribution center capable of supporting 12-meter high automated racking systems, with 60+ loading docks and floor flatness meeting FM2 standards for AGV operations.
Our Solution
We designed a multi-bay portal frame system with 30m spans and 14m eave height. The floor was engineered to FM2 flatness standards using laser-guided screeding. The structure incorporates rack-supported mezzanine connections and integrated conveyor system supports.
