A heavy-duty storage facility designed for building materials with reinforced floor slabs, wide-span portal frames, and oversized access doors for heavy equipment and material handling.
The facility needed to withstand extreme desert conditions including 50°C+ temperatures, sandstorms, and UV radiation. Heavy floor loading requirements for stacked building materials and forklift operations added structural demands.
We designed a robust portal frame structure with heat-reflective roof coatings and enhanced ventilation. The floor was reinforced to 50 kN/m² capacity. All steel received a C5-I corrosion protection system, and sand-resistant sealing was applied to all panel joints.
