A state-of-the-art electronics assembly facility with climate-controlled environment, ESD-safe flooring, and precision-engineered structural systems designed for cleanroom integration.
The project demanded strict environmental controls including temperature stability within ±1°C and humidity control for sensitive electronics manufacturing. The building needed to support cleanroom Class 10000 standards while allowing for future expansion.
We implemented a rigid frame structure with specialized insulated panel systems achieving U-value of 0.3 W/m²K. The structural design incorporated vibration isolation measures for precision equipment and a modular bay system allowing phased expansion without disrupting existing operations.
