The Challenge
The pharmaceutical facility required full GMP compliance with strict contamination control, positive pressure environments, and seamless interior surfaces. The tropical climate of Bangkok added challenges for thermal performance and corrosion resistance.
Our Solution
We developed a hybrid steel structure with stainless steel interior cladding in critical production zones. The structural design eliminated exposed fasteners and provided smooth, cleanable surfaces throughout. A specialized coating system was applied to resist tropical humidity and salt air corrosion.
